Shipping policy
1. Payment
1.1. An Order may be paid for in one of the following ways:
- full prepayment;
- partial prepayment;
- cash on delivery with a mandatory prepayment of UAH 300.
1.2. When placing an Order on cash-on-delivery terms, the Buyer pays a mandatory prepayment of UAH 300 (three hundred hryvnias), which is applied toward the total cost of the goods.
1.3. If the Buyer refuses to collect the Order after it has been dispatched without valid grounds, the prepayment of UAH 300 (three hundred hryvnias) is non-refundable and is retained by the Seller as compensation for costs related to order processing, packaging, and delivery.
1.4. International orders are accepted on full prepayment basis only, including both the cost of the goods and the applicable shipping fee (in accordance with the carrier's rates).
2. Delivery
2.1. Delivery is carried out across Ukraine and internationally via Nova Poshta in accordance with the carrier's terms and rates.
2.2. Delivery within Ukraine takes 1–3 business days from the moment the Order is confirmed.
2.3. Shipping costs are calculated according to the carrier's current rates and are paid by the Buyer. For cash-on-delivery orders, the Buyer also pays the carrier's cash transfer fee in accordance with current rates.
2.4. International delivery timeframes are determined by the carrier's terms and depend on the destination country. All customs duties and taxes applicable in the destination country are the Buyer's responsibility.
Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, the Seller is not responsible for delivery timeframes, the condition of the shipment, or any delays caused by the carrier.
3. Liability
The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances beyond the Seller's control.
